CTS is successfully develop Fast Ethernet Switch with auto-provision
function in firmware upgrade and configuration settings with DHCP
and FTP/HTTP protocol. Auto-Provision feature is for user to easily
use device by plug-and-play without complicated setting procedure.
The purpose of this feature is to provide devices auto-provision
function in firmware upgrade and configuration settings with DHCP
and FTP/HTTP protocol. In addition, it can help service operators
to efficiently reduce the complexity and cost of deployment of CPE
to end-users. To this end, the device provided by CTS is designed
as an easy self-installable device reducing the high cost of service
truck rolls to the customer premises. Auto-provision capabilities
then allow the service operator to manage and configure the unit
remotely. The end-user simply plugs a cable in and starts using
or making phone calls.
