reported to introduce wireless enabled motherboards after they have
achieved satisfying results during recent months of testing and
development. Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. will launch the world's
first bluetooth-featuring motherboards, of which samples were presented
during the recent CeBIT 2002 in Hannover. The company will unvail
the related applications jointly with tIntel Corp., new Hewlett-Packard
Co., Sony-Ericsson, and bluetooth chipset company CSR next week
at a press conference.
The desktop computer that contains the motherboard will have an
antenna outside the case which will enable the bluetooth-enabled
peripherals to be well connected to the desktop platform.
Besides the MSI, Asustek Computer Inc's vice president announced
that the company would start to deliver its own-developed wireless
LAN card and access point products this month, and set to debut
