PS-8800 integrates VIA Eden Low Power CPU at speed of 400 / 733MHz. The fanless VIA Eden? processor is a low power, high performance, and highly integrated x86 platform that provides the most flexible, compatible, and cost-effective solution for building the emerging new generation of connected digital information & entertainment devices.

Supplied with 1GB per second of bandwidth from the ultra-fast DDR memory subsystem, the VIA CLE266 enables real world performance in key applications, which make it to be one of the most powerful PC systems in production today, while operating as part of a fanless power efficient, and low cost device. The VGA function of PS-8800 is built-in VIA CLE266 chipset to simultaneously display CRT monitor. And with various input/output port functions, including 4 serial COM ports each with +5 V/+12 V power, 1 parallel port, 2 USB 2.0, and 1 10/100 base-TX Ethernet.

Despite its powerful technical functions, the PS-8800 also designs with state of art. An integrated pole display design and a system back cover with excellent cable management make PS-8800 an outstanding and compact looking.

PS-8800 is made with industrial grade construction that can better withstand constant 24 hour a day use, high vibration, shock, exposure to humidity, moisture and heat. PS-8800 also supports a choice of operating systems and driver interfaces, including Windows 98/SE, Windows 2000/NT, Windows ME and Windows XP.
